RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship your return. If you ship your return after this period it will be sent back.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@nahavi.co If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There must be no stains, hair or odours.
Please complete the return form that will be included in your order so we know what items you are returning and for what reason.

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT
Store credit may be offered for eligible returns, cancelled pre-orders and custom made items.
All store credit is issued digitally via email and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Orders purchased using store credit that are later returned will be refunded back to store credit only.
Shipping fees, taxes, duties and any return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final store credit amount where applicable.
NAHAVI LTD reserves the right to refuse store credit where returns are considered excessive, fraudulent or made in bad faith. At this time NAHAVI does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
NAHAVI does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to NAHAVI LTD. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered. Original shipping fee is always non refundable.
PRE ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER
These items are made to order and can take approx 3-6 weeks to produce. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order however a store credit can be issued. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, a store credit will be issued for the value. Store credit will be valid for 4 months and will not be extended if you make a return.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Selected items may be listed item as custom orders where variants such as sizes and colours can be requested. These items are strictly only exchangeable to store credit.
REJECTED & REFUSED DELIVERIES
Packages which are refused and sent back to us for any reason including unpaid taxes and failed delivery will incur a return shipping fee which will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
