RETURNS CAN BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THE ITEM AS DELIVERED FOR THIS PROCESS TO BE COMPLETED.

IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, A REFUND FOR THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S) WILL BE SENT TO YOU IN STORE CREDIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF THE RETURN LABEL WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT, AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT OUR ADDRESS. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS WHILE ITEMS ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. IF AN ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE BACK WITH US, A REFUND CANNOT BE ISSUED.

RETURNS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THE PERMITTED RETURN PERIOD WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A FULL REFUND. THESE WILL BE TREATED AS LATE RETURNS AND MAY EITHER BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT OR REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME DUE TO LIMITED INVENTORY.

ITEMS MUST BE:

  • UNUSED, UNWORN, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION RECEIVED, RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  • ALL RIBBONS, TAGS, RETURN TAGS, AND HYGIENE STICKERS WITH ZIP TIES MUST BE INTACT/NOT REMOVED
  • FREE OF MAKEUP, RESIDUE, WASHING FABRIC SCENTS, PERFUMES, ETC.
  • WITHOUT DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED WHEN TRYING ON OR ALTERATIONS
